SARAJEVO, July 10 (FENA) - The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina requested the issuance of a warrant for Neđeljko Popović, after he failed to appear again at a plea hearing on the indictment charging him with crimes committed in the area of Mrkonjić-Grad.
