 RS CC Council on the admissibility of the requests of the Bosniak People's caucus

BANJA LUKA, June 10 (FENA) - The Council for the Protection of Vital Interest of the Constitutional Court of the Republika Srpska held sessions today in Banja Luka, where the subject of the decision was the question of admissibility of the requests of the Club of Delegates of the Bosniak People to the Council of Peoples of the Republika Srpska for the determination of a violation of the vital national interest of the constituent Bosniak people in the Law on Referendum and Citizen Initiative and the Election Law of the RS, which was voted by the National Assembly of the RS at the session held on April 19 this year.
