Minimum wage hike and lower payroll taxes - A win for workers, employers, and the economy

SARAJEVO, July 4 (FENA) – The decision of the Government of the Federation of BiH (FBiH) on the minimum wage, setting the lowest monthly salary at 1,000 KM, came into effect on January 1, 2025. This measure was the most visible move of the new economic course of the FBiH Government, which also includes relieving the business sector through a reduction in payroll contributions.
