STRASBOURG, May 24(FENA) - The Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Michael O’Flaherty issued a statement following the designation yesterday by the United Nations General Assembly of 11 July as the International Day of Reflection and Commemoration of the 1995 genocide in Srebrenica.
