Helez and Murphy sign the Human Resources Management System Development Plan

SARAJEVO, May 15 (FENA) - The Deputy Chair of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Minister of Defense Zukan Helez, and the Ambassador of the United States of America Michael Murphy, signed today the Development Plan for the Human Resources Management System, between the Government of the United States and Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
