SARAJEVO, January 21 (FENA) - Respect for the principle of legality is a fundamental condition of a legal and democratic state; Bosnia and Herzegovina has obligations like all the other 45 members of the Council of Europe, stated the office of a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović, due to the publication of incomplete information that Bećirović wants to "remove the BiH judge" in the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
