Zvizdić: I am satisfied with one part of the Decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH

SARAJEVO, January 19 (FENA) – The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ruling on the appeal of Denis Zvizdić, Second Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and 14 MPs of the House of Representatives, found that Article 280a of the Criminal Code of the Republika Srpska is not in accordance with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Convention, and abolished the challenged provision.
