SARAJEVO, January 4 (FENA) - The Party of Democratic Action believes that Milorad Dodik's announcement that the RS National Assembly will adopt a law removing the jurisdiction of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the territory of this entity is a new attack on the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
