SARAJEVO, September 13 (FENA) - The Minister of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zukan Helez, in his capacity as the Deputy Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, met yesterday in London with the special envoy of the British Prime Minister for the Western Balkans, Stuart Peach.
