SARAJEVO, July 25 (FENA) - The Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Borjana Krišto, received today the Ambassador of the French Republic in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christine Toudic, in a farewell visit.
Krišto expressed gratitude to France and Ambassador Toudic for their role in supporting Bosnia and Herzegovina in obtaining candidate status for EU membership. She pointed out that the information about France's stance towards the expansion policy of the Western Balkans region, as well as the recognition of the need for EU reform, is encouraging.
The officials assessed that the relations between the two countries are very good and there are no open questions, and there is room for enhancing further cooperation, especially in the field of economy and culture and attracting French companies to the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Krišto reminded Ambassador Toudic of the priorities and focus of the work of the Council of Ministers, as well as of all BiH institutions, and that they will continue to be focused on the fulfillment of 14 key priorities from the Opinion of the European Commission, as well as that cooperation with the European Union and its institutions will continue, the Council of Ministers of BiH announced.
