MOSTAR, April 26 (FENA) - The Chairperson of the BiH Council of Ministers, Borjana Krišto, said that the Council of Ministers will send the reform plan to the European Commission by Monday at the latest, a document that is a prerequisite for withdrawing funds from the Instrument for Reforms and Growth of the Western Balkans.
