SARAJEVO, June 14 (FENA) - FBiH Minister of Education and Science Jasna Duraković addressed the press today after the session of the FBiH Government regarding the shooting at the elementary school in Lukavac when a student wounded a teacher.
The minister will convene an urgent meeting with all the cantonal ministers of education on school safety, which may be held as early as Friday in Mostar.
Duraković called on all cantonal ministers of education in the Federation of BiH to respond, as well as to comply with today's conclusions of the FBiH Government.
In principle, she concluded that a problem of this type should be fought strategically because such an approach is lacking, even though there is a vision for solving it.
After taking over the current mandate, the minister stated, there was a shooting at the "Vladislav Ribnikar" Elementary School in Belgrade, so she already then undertook a series of activities and measures in an attempt to coordinate all ten ministries of education in the Federation of BiH.
