SARAJEVO, June 12 (FENA) - The Canadian Genocide Research Institute (IGC) submitted to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina a complaint against the convicted war criminal Dario Kordić for inciting national, racial and religious hatred, discord, intolerance and for defrauding the international court, denying legal verdict of international courts and humiliation of victims.

"A convicted war criminal Dario Kordić publicly stated that he would repeat the monstrous war crimes all over again against the murdered Bosniak children and civilians in Ahmići, which is why he was sentenced by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia to 25 years in prison.

The IGC calls on the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, based on the Law on Criminal Procedure of BiH and on the basis of the reactions received by the IGC from numerous, extremely worried and frightened citizens in and outside of BiH, to urgently process convicted war criminal Dario Kordić," it was stated in the announcement of the IGC.

The IGC requests the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to apply officially to the International Tribunal for War Crimes Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia and check the possibility of revoking the conditions for Dario Kordić's early release from prison, bearing in mind that he was sentenced to 25 years in prison, but was released after serving 15 years of the sentence.

The IGC today informed political, academic and other subjects in Canada about the drastic denial of international justice and international law by convicted war criminal Kordić.

It was requested of the Prime Minister of Canada and the competent ministries in the Government that Canada, as a member of the Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council, request from the competent authorities in BiH, but also from international institutions, the sanctioning of convicted war criminals who use the early release to cause suffering to the victims all over again.

The IGC reiterates that an aggressive attempt to review judicial, scientific and historical facts about aggression and genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina is underway.

Paid coalitions and groups have been formed that have the task of denying judicial, scientific and historical facts about aggression and genocide in important centers of world politics, glorifying convicted war crimes, working against organizations, communities and institutes that fight for truth and justice.
