ISTANBUL, February 24 (FENA) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met today in Istanbul with members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Anadolu Agency reports.
Erdogan held a closed-door meeting with BiH Presidency members Željka Cvijanović, Denis Bećirović and Željko Komšić in Villa Vahdettin, the Directorate for Communications at the Office of the President of Turkey announced.
No further information was released about the meeting, which was held several weeks after two powerful earthquakes struck southern Turkey on February 6, killing more than 43,550 people.
Immediately after the devastating earthquakes, many countries of the world sent search and rescue teams, as well as humanitarian aid to the victims, to Turkey, among them Bosnia and Herzegovina.
