BANJA LUKA, December 28 (FENA) - President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik said today at a press conference in Banja Luka that in the BiH entity of Republika Srpska, no decision of the Constitutional Court, High Representative or anyone else who would encroach on the property of the Republika Srpska will be accepted.
“Republika Srpska will not give its property. We will not share our property with Bosnia and Herzegovina, absolutely not,” emphasized Dodik.
At today's session of the National Assembly of the RS in Banja Luka, as an item on the agenda, a discussion is underway on the Draft Law on immovable property used for functioning of public authority.
By decision of the Constitutional Court, the Law of a similar matter was adopted earlier in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, but it was suspended in April by the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt, and declared invalid by the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in September.
The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in its decision from September of this year, emphasized that the Republika Srpska does not have the constitutional authority to regulate the legal matter that was the subject of the then law of the Republika Srpska on immovable property.
