PM Novalić stresses the importance of improving the education system

SARAJEVO, December 29 (FENA) - Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Fadil Novalić met today at the seat of the FBiH Government in Sarajevo with representatives of the International University of Sarajevo (IUS), owner Hasan Topalougl and rector Ahmet Yildirim. 

Prime Minister Novalić praised the good friendly relations between the Republic of Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially the potential for greater economic cooperation, and expressed satisfaction that the connection is improving in the field of education, thanking the guests for the opportunities offered by the International University of Sarajevo.

“You are engaged in the most noble job, and that is the education of young people. The times in which we live are subject to accelerated changes that impose on the education system to be the first to adapt and change to modern trends. Therefore, it is extremely important that the education of young people is in line with the requirements of the time and the needs of the market,” said Prime Minister Novalić and stressed the importance of improving the education system for the information sector and tourism. He also stressed that education in the Federation of BiH is under the jurisdiction of the cantons, and the FBiH Ministry of Education and Science has a coordinating role, the Press Service of the FBiH Government said.
