SARAJEVO, September 5 (FENA) - I agree with Mr. Hahn that the BiH Council of Ministers needs to be appointed without further delay, BiH Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić said today, commenting on the statement by Commissioner for the European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn that forming BiH's government is essential to the European integration process.
Komšić said that in this context it is necessary to submit the Annual National Program to Brussels immediately, and appoint a chairman at the same time, in order to unblock the process of forming the government and to undertake activities to fulfill the measures and recommendations from the European Commission's Opinion on candidate status for BiH membership in the European Union, Komšić's office stated.
