SARAJEVO, June 18 (FENA) - Delegation of Sarajevo Canton led by Chairperson of the SC Assembly Ana Babić paid respects and laid flowers at a memorial to victims of massacre committed in elementary school "Skender Kulenović" in Dobrinja.
"At this place, 23 years ago, a grenade fired from aggressor's position killed seven and injured 12 residents of Dobrinja while they were waiting in line for water. Kenan Čizmić, Rešad Imamović, Izet Kadić, Sulejman Mehmedović, Bahrija Sijerčić, te Nura and Safet Lončar were killed on this day," said Babić.
She emphasized we need to remind that a crime took place here and never forget, SC Press Service stated.
Apart from delegation of Sarajevo Canton, the ceremony to mark the anniversary of massacre was attended by representatives of Novi Grad Sarajevo municipality, LC Dobrinja, SC Civil Victims Union, family and friends of killed residents of Dobrinja.
