SARAJEVO, May 25 (FENA) - The deadline for submitting applications for the political parties and independent candidates for verification of participation in the general elections expired today at 16:00hrs.
The CEC received applications of 72 political parties and 39 independent candidates, informed the Central Election Commission of BiH.
An overview of the political entities that submitted the applications will be made available to the public on the website of the Central Election Commission of BiH on the link: General Elections 2018, after the competent service compile the overview.
The Central Election Commission of BiH by 9 June will conduct checks and verify the applications of those political parties and independent candidates that meet the legal requirements.
The Central Election Commission today submitted to the BiH postal Service about 64,000 ballots for the voters who registered to vote from abroad in the local elections in 2016.
