Good skiing conditions in the Olympic mountains Bjelašnica and Igman

SARAJEVO, January 3 (FENA) - The Sarajevo Canton public enterprise ZOI'84 informs the public that the daytime temperature on Mt Bjelašnica - Babin Do goes down to -5 °C, on top of Mt Bjelašnica it is -10 °C, while in Malo Polje on Mt Igman, the temperature during the day goes down to -5 °C.

Snow depth at the top of Mt Bjelašnica is 118 centimeters.

Vertical transport is in operation in Babin Do, including lifts BX, K1 and the six-seater.

There are two ski lifts and two kid’s lifts in Malo Polje on Mt Igman, while in Veliko Polje, the track for Nordic skiing is operational.
