SARAJEVO, October 18 (FENA) – The upcoming Berlin Process summit, to be held in Montenegro on October 22, is expected to advance economic integration in the Western Balkans, attract investment and bring the region closer to the European Union’s single market. Among the key expected developments is the launch of negotiations on eliminating roaming charges between the Western Balkans and the EU. For Bosnia and Herzegovina, however, the summit will also highlight how much it can benefit from these opportunities amid unfulfilled commitments and stalled reforms.
