SARAJEVO, October 13 (FENA) – The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an order not to open an investigation into Darko Ćulum, director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), who was previously reported for an alleged attack on the constitutional order, Detektor was told by the prosecutorial institution.
