BANJA LUKA, October 11 (FENA) – The Banja Luka Human Rights House strongly condemns the decision by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the entity of Republika Srpska, specifically the Banja Luka Police Administration, to ban a public gathering in Banja Luka at which students from Serbia and representatives of the Student List were scheduled to speak.
