Young people in BiH increasingly abstain from elections, only 3.1 percent trust political parties

SARAJEVO, October 2 (FENA) – Distrust in political parties, dissatisfaction with the candidates on offer and less attention to political developments are among the key reasons why some young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina do not participate in the electoral process, a study by the Institute for Youth Development KULT has shown, also recording a decline in youth voter turnout over the past several election cycles.
