BANJA LUKA, September 30 (FENA) – The Constitutional Affairs Committee of the RS National Assembly (RSNA) today asked the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to reject all three requests for a review of the constitutionality of an article of the Criminal Code that defines the public display and promotion of the flags and symbols of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a criminal offense.
