SARAJEVO, September 21 (FENA) – The safety of road users must be at the center of road infrastructure development in the Western Balkans, particularly at a time of increasingly pronounced climate change that is placing additional pressure on the transport network, Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community Director Talis Linkaits said today in Sarajevo, where he participated in the BiH Congress on Transport Infrastructure.
