Women’s political visibility in focus of 'Beyond the Spotlight' campaign

SARAJEVO, September 21 (FENA) – The “Beyond the Spotlight” campaign, presented today at a press conference, focuses on the visibility of women in the political and public sphere and the impact of stereotypes on how political leadership is perceived. Its purpose, as noted, is to draw attention to the importance of equal opportunities for female and male candidates to present their views, experience and programs and to be assessed according to the same criteria.
