Tuzla Prosecutor's Office indicts seven over fire at Retirement Home that killed 15 people

TUZLA, September 11 (FENA) – The Prosecutor's Office of the Tuzla Canton has filed an indictment against seven people accused of serious criminal offenses against the general safety of people and property in connection with causing general danger, while former director of the Tuzla Retirement Home Mirsad Bakalović is also charged with the extended criminal offense of abuse of office and authority, in connection with the fire at the facility in November 2025, which claimed the lives of 15 residents and injured more than 30 people.
