SARAJEVO, August 30 (FENA) – The entity of Republika Srpska Vice President Ćamil Duraković filed a criminal complaint with Montenegro’s Higher State Prosecutor’s Office against Speaker of the Parliament of Montenegro Andrija Mandić over his public expression of respect for Ratko Mladić, describing it as a grave insult to the dignity of victims, their families and all citizens who believe in truth, justice and European values.
