Una-Sana Canton government change before FBiH Constitutional Court, Assembly decisions suspended

BIHAĆ, August 24 (FENA) – A decision by the Council for the Protection of Vital Interests of the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina to accept a request filed by the Serb caucus in the Una-Sana Canton Assembly has paved the way for judicial review of decisions adopted by the cantonal assembly on August 10, including the dismissal of the Una-Sana Canton Government and confirmation of a new government. Until the proceedings are completed, the decisions cannot be implemented or published in official gazettes.
