Emily Watson at Sarajevo Masterclass: Acting became an escape for me

SARAJEVO, August 19 (FENA) – British actress Emily Watson, president of the jury of the Competition Programme – Narrative Feature Film at the 32nd Sarajevo Film Festival and this year's recipient of the Honorary Heart of Sarajevo, spoke today at a Masterclass at the Bosnian Cultural Center about the beginnings of her career, her experience working with Lars von Trier on Breaking the Waves, the relationship between an actor and the camera, and the childhood experiences that strongly shaped her approach to art and storytelling.
