Helez praises Central Bosnia Canton police after incident involving armed men during Vučić visit

SARAJEVO, August 4 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina's Minister of Defense, Zukan Helez, congratulated members of the Special Police Unit of the Central Bosnia Canton Ministry of the Interior, saying they had demonstrated that institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina function properly and that no one has the right to bring in undeclared armed groups or attempt to circumvent established procedures.
