SARAJEVO, July 27 (FENA) – Voters in Bosnia and Herzegovina will be authenticated by fingerprint for the first time in the upcoming general elections, while ballots will be scanned and counted electronically. Manual counting will also be retained as an additional safeguard, Central Election Commission (CEC) BiH member Suad Arnautović said in an interview with FENA.
