Bosniak Caucus veto referred to RS CC, Tabaković announces appeal to BiH Constitutional Court

BANJA LUKA, July 22 (FENA) – The Council of Peoples of the entity of Republika Srpska and the Joint Commission of the RS National Assembly and the Council of Peoples failed to reach an agreement at separate sessions today on the decisions and laws challenged by the Bosniak Caucus under the vital national interest protection mechanism. The matter has therefore been referred to the Constitutional Court of Republika Srpska – the Council for the Protection of Vital Interests.
