BANJA LUKA, July 17 (FENA) – The Bishops' Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina has once again highlighted the need for reform of the country's Election Law, as well as the full and consistent protection of the rights of the Croat people as a constituent people, including legitimate representation and genuine equality in all institutions and at all levels of government.
