SARAJEVO, July 17 (FENA) – The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo has annulled the urban planning approval for the construction of the Poklečani Wind Farm, marking another key administrative act required for the implementation of the project to be overturned within a short period. In its ruling of July 9, 2026, the Court upheld the lawsuit filed by local resident Iva Miličević, annulled the decision of the FBiH Ministry of Spatial Planning, and returned the case to the Ministry for reconsideration.
