Court of BiH suspends enforcement of Personal Data Protection Agency decision pending final ruling

SARAJEVO, July 16 (FENA) – The Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA) has informed citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, institutions, businesses, and all users of electronic services that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, by a ruling issued on July 15, 2026, granted IDDEEA's request to postpone the enforcement of the decision of the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina dated June 12, 2026, ordering that the enforcement of the contested decision be suspended until the Court issues a final ruling in the administrative dispute.
