SARAJEVO, July 11 (FENA) – Head of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ambassador Rick Holtzapple, attended the commemoration marking the 31st anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide today, laying flowers in tribute to the victims and expressing solidarity with survivors and their families.
