Bećirović to initiate proceedings before the Constitutional Court of BiH over RSNA decision

SARAJEVO, July 7 (FENA) – The National Assembly of the entity of Republika Srpska does not have the constitutional authority to decide on the Decision on the Appointment of Members of the Commission for the Preservation of National Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and therefore any attempt to usurp the authority of state institutions will be challenged in proceedings before the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Office of the Chairperson of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Bećirović said in a statement.
