SARAJEVO, July 7 (FENA) – Alexander Greenawalt, a law professor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in New York, told FENA that Srebrenica genocide is now a fact, but that international courts have failed to provide clear guidance on how the legal lessons of Srebrenica should be applied to other cases of mass atrocities.
