SARAJEVO, July 6 (FENA) – A total of 35 judges and prosecutors failed to submit their 2025 asset and interest declarations. After determining the reasons for the non-compliance, the competent department will refer the cases either to the Office of the Disciplinary Counsel or request that the president of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) initiate misdemeanor proceedings.
