Study in FBiH: Greater employer involvement key to more effective employment policies

SARAJEVO, June 18 (FENA) – Findings from a study on the awareness, perceptions, and experiences of employers in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) show that employers view active employment policy measures as useful, but insufficiently accessible due to administrative and technical barriers. The study concludes that stronger involvement of the business sector in designing these measures is essential for a more effective labor market.
