PRIJEDOR, June 9 (FENA) – The interim bankruptcy trustee of the “Nova Ljubija” coal mine, Ljiljana Mandić, today submitted a proposal to the District Commercial Court in Prijedor to issue a decision on opening bankruptcy proceedings, stating that the reasons for the proposal are that the bankruptcy debtor has assets sufficient to settle the claims of bankruptcy creditors.
