Entity ministers seek tighter regulation of Booking and Airbnb operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina

BANJA LUKA, June 9 (FENA) – The RS Minister of Trade and Tourism Ned Puhovac, the Federation of BiH Minister of Trade Amir Hasičević, and the Federation of BiH Minister of Environment and Tourism Nasiha Pozder announced today the intensification of joint activities aimed at combating the shadow economy in tourism, regulating the operations of global accommodation-rental platforms, and harmonizing consumer protection measures and price-control policies in both entities.
