SARAJEVO, May 28 (FENA) – A ruling by the Higher Commercial Court in Banja Luka, which some media outlets reported on Tuesday, has caused serious concern for BHRT, especially given the broader social and institutional context in which the judiciary operates in Republika Srpska.
