SARAJEVO, May 19 (FENA) – Members of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina today adopted, in the second round of voting, the Bill on the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Appellate Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by MP Predrag Kojović, while the Bill on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina failed to receive the necessary support in the first round of voting.
