Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees warns of discrimination against LGBTI persons in BiH

SARAJEVO, May 18 (FENA) – On the occasion of the International Day Against Homophobia, Lesbophobia, Biphobia, Transphobia and Interphobia, Bosnia and Herzegovina's Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees warned that LGBTI persons in the country continue to face denial of basic rights, stigmatization, and violence. The ministry also called on politicians and public figures not to use the election campaign to spread intolerance and misinformation about the LGBTI population.
