SARAJEVO, May 4 (FENA) – The Sarajevo Canton Government declared May 5 as the Day of Remembrance for the Murdered Children of Sarajevo and a Day of Mourning in Sarajevo Canton in 2023, to permanently preserve the memory of 1,601 children murdered during the siege of Sarajevo from 1992 to 1995.
