RS govt. approves IRB RS to directly issue housing loans instead of commercial banks

BANJA LUKA, April 29 (FENA) – The Government of the entity of Republika Srpska today adopted new rules for the placement of loans by the Investment and Development Bank (IRBRS), with the main change being that the bank will now directly issue housing loans to beneficiaries.
