Energoinvest addresses HJPC BiH – protect the independence and impartiality of the judiciary

SARAJEVO, April 28 (FENA) - The public company Energoinvest Sarajevo has addressed the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) with a request for an institutional response to protect the independence and impartiality of the judiciary, following public statements made by the director of Sarajevo-Gas East Sarajevo, Nedeljko Elek, after the issuance of a non-final judgment by the District Commercial Court in East Sarajevo.
